3D Tours: Do They Actually Work?
Today’s tip is quick and simple for you.
3D tours are legit.
They work incredibly well at reducing foot traffic in your home.
They allow buyers to digitally walk-through your property and give them a very realistic idea of what your property looks and feels like.
What’s interesting is, we have found that this is enough for a buyer to make a “yay or nay” decision on if this is the right property for them. This means that in-person viewing requests are more likely to be from highly qualified buyers that are seriously considering offering on the home rather than "lookie-loos".
Combine that with a REALTOR® with the skills to get your home to SOLD and you’ve set yourself up for the best chance of success.
