The winter & start of the new year is a very popular time for company-based relocations. Many of these buyers are coming here on a one-week shopping trip. It is a great opportunity to sell your home.
3. Fewer "Lookie Loo" Buyers Than Summer
The majority of buyers this time of year are very serious, so you spend less time out of your house for showings for not-as-qualified buyers.
One really important message here is... Buyers do not think of seasonality the same way sellers tend to. They are ready to buy when they're ready to buy. They don't care as much about the time of year; they care that they have the money, identified the need (or goal) to move, and they're ready, set to go.
