Did you know that maintaining your home is the number one way to retain its value? Here’s our Home Maintenance Checklist for the Month of August.

• Seal, repair or replace driveway pavement.

• Repair or replace damaged walkways and paths.

• Repair or replace damaged steps.

• Inspect and repair retaining walls.

• Repair exterior of accessory buildings (sheds, garages, green houses).

• Clean and organize the interior of accessory buildings (sheds, garages, green houses).

• Inspect and remove any signs of pest activity, such as wasps nests.

• Clean the filter in your HRV and, if applicable, furnace. (Quarterly)
