Did you know that maintaining your home is the number one way to retain its value? Here’s our Home Maintenance Checklist for the Month of August.
Seal, repair or replace driveway pavement.
Repair or replace damaged walkways and paths.
Repair or replace damaged steps.
Inspect and repair retaining walls.
Repair exterior of accessory buildings (sheds, garages, green houses).
Clean and organize the interior of accessory buildings (sheds, garages, green houses).
Inspect and remove any signs of pest activity, such as wasps nests.
Clean the filter in your HRV and, if applicable, furnace. (Quarterly)
