Did you know that maintaining your home is the number one way to retain its value? Here’s our Home Maintenance Checklist for the Month of July.

• Fertilize the lawn.

• Prune trees and shrubs.

• Weed and mulch flower beds.

• Remove any trees or plants growing too close to the foundation.

• Do not store grass clippings/pruning piles for extended periods to avoid pest activity.

• If applicable, have your well system professionally serviced. (Annually)

• If applicable, change the UV filter for your well. (Annually)

• If applicable, test your well water and have your well shocked. (Annually)

• If applicable, have your septic tank pumped and inspected. (3-5 years)
