Did you know that maintaining your home is the number one way to retain its value? Here’s our Home Maintenance Checklist for the Month of May.

  • Have your HRV professionally serviced. (Annually)

  • Have HRV specialist vacuum exterior dryer and HRV vents. (Annually)

  • Have your heat pump(s) professionally serviced. (Annually)

  • Replace any damaged/missing exterior vent covers to avoid pest activity.

  • Add new caulking around all exterior windows, doors, vents, light fixtures, and other siding penetrations to ensure a weather-tight seal.

  • Test exterior GFCI outlets for functionality; replace any damaged covers.

  • Turn your outside faucets back on.

  • Remove all outdoor furniture and accessories from storage and clean.

  • Purge and organize all closets, storage rooms, and basement.
