Did you know that maintaining your home is the number one way to retain its value? Here’s our Home Maintenance Checklist for the Month of October.

  • Remove, clean and store window/door screens for winter months.

  • Remove, clean and store all exterior furniture.

  • Winterize lawn and flowerbeds. Wrap trees and shrubs.

  • Rake leaves and aerate the lawn.

  • Remove leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts.

  • Drain and winterize exterior plumbing.

  • Drain and store hoses.

  • Following the AC season, clean your mini-split heat pumps to eliminate mold growth.
