Here are 3 common scenarios:

(1) Your home is in near-perfect, ready-to-list condition. Little staging advice needed.
~1 week, depending on photographer availability

(2) You have a bit of work to do to prep the home/stage; you can tackle it in a weekend or two.
~10 days to 3 weeks. This is the most-common scenario.

(3) You have a lot of work to do including packing up, pre-sale repairs, painting, getting pre-approved for your new home, etc.
~3+ weeks to months. We are completely flexible to your schedule and will design one that works best for you.

It's important to note that all your money is effectively made in the pre-listing stage (AKA the time you spend preparing, presenting, and pricing the home accurately).
