4. Do they work with a stager - how are they coaching you to prepare your home for sale to ensure minimal stress and hassle?
5. Checklists and a client care plan once the offer is accepted - this is often overlooked but is so critical for busy clients... ask your realtor how are they keeping you organized from accepted offer to close
6. Failed sales - Ask how many transactions has the agent had fall-apart after the offer is accepted. Ask them what their go-back-to-market plan is.
