Curb Appeal

1. Tidy your lawn and garden.
2. Stain and fix your front steps.
3. Paint, repair, or replace your front door and/or door handle.
4. Tidy up that rusty mailbox.
5. Replace all outdoor light bulbs and repair/replace any damaged or broken light fixtures.
6. Pressure wash your siding; replace any broken siding or trim.
7. Paint or stain your fence, fix your gate.
8. Reseal your driveway.
9. Stage your exterior front step, make it welcoming.
10. If your shingles are gnarly, they're at end of life. Replace them.
