"I don't want to waste your time"
Are you thinking of selling in 2024, but aren't sure if you would actually list your home, so you're feeling hesitant to reach out to a realtor because "I really don't want to waste your time?"
It is totally normal to feel that way.
It's also is more common than you think, and it’s not something you have to worry about. *phew*
My job as your Realtor is to help you make the best decision about the real estate you own. And that decision may be "I'm not ready to sell right now," which is perfectly fine. Only about 50% of the prospective clients I meet with are ready to move forward with listing their property following the meeting.

Don't be. It's perfectly ok to want to know your home's market value so you can make an educated decision about staying or moving. It's likely the largest asset you own!
Hopefully this eliminates the stress of "wasting your time" - our time is never wasted educating you.
