This week’s selling tip is very simple... Paint!
A little effort goes a long way when it comes to selling your home efficiently and for top dollar, and painting is one of the most effective things you can do.
Painting your walls in a modern NEUTRAL colour allows you to open the market to the broadest audience possible. Our suggestion, along with most studies, are to stick with whites and creams.
Greys are out. Greige is still having a moment. Beiges are in. But to appeal to your broadest audience, it is best to go with white and bring in colour with accessories.

2. Neutrals brighten up rooms, making them look spacious, clean and inviting.
3. People want a move-in-ready home.
Make sure you get a paint recommendation so you’re picking a warm, popular colour that will look great in photos.
Our go-to recommendation is: Benjamin Moore Simply White.
It’s warm, pairs with anything, and will make your staging pop.
That being said, if you feel white is too sterile, then just make sure to get a recommendation from a trusted paint expert. (Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee, Edgecombe Grey, and Collingwood are some options to consider.)
