Here is why pricing your house accurately ROCKS:
- You have lots of activity during the launch period.
- Activity generates a sense of urgency among buyers and creates the opportunity for an offer.
- You are more likely to sell near asking price (98%).
- You are more likely to receive an offer with fewer conditions.
- You create the opportunity to close within a shorter period (30-60 days).
- Less showings – meaning less time out of your house.
- Less stress – You’ve found your buyer! No waiting for months on end!
- Sometimes, you even generate multiple offers (selling at or over asking price).
