The Busiest Months for Real Estate Sales in St. John's Metro
Can you guess?
Historically, our peak months for the number of closings for single family homes is July and August. So, working back knowing it takes on average 30-60 days to close a home, the business months for written contracts are May & June.
We then tend to see a drop in closings in September because we hit a summer slow down typically in August month, and then contract written activity has a smaller peak in mid-September and October for a closing peak in November.
