There is nothing better than showing a home that is clean and tidy. Go ALL OUT here. Clean the carpets, wash the walls, dust the light fixtures. A clean home is a well-taken-care-of home. But please... no harsh air fresheners, candles or fragrances. Many people have allergies and it looks like you're trying to hide something.

2. In Good Repair

Repair what needs to be repaired. Especially all the small, fiddly annoying items like rusty, wobbly door handles, or closet doors that come off the runners when you open them. 3. Curb Appeal & the First Impression
